• Practice owner and dental professional profile management
• Tech Bundle introductions to dental founders and innovators
• Webinars, focus groups, and advisor programs
• AI-powered matching tools and platform features
• Subscription and fee-based premium service tiers

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using DDS Matchmaker, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our platform is designed for licensed dental professionals, practice owners, advisors, and related industry participants.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password that you use to access the service
• All activities or actions that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that the information you provide remains accurate and up to date
• Your account being used by only you — sharing accounts is not permitted

Users of the DDS Matchmaker platform agree to conduct themselves professionally and ethically at all times. You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate professional credentials or experience
• Engage in any form of discrimination or harassment
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Circumvent the platform to engage in transactions outside of DDS Matchmaker
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems

Certain features of DDS Matchmaker require payment. By subscribing to a paid tier or making any purchase, you agree to the following:

• All fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
• Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of DDS Affiliates Inc.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.

The DDS Matchmaker platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DDS Affiliates Inc. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DDS Affiliates Inc. User-generated content remains the property of the respective user; however, by submitting content to our platform, you grant DDS Affiliates Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

DDS Matchmaker is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties, either express or implied. DDS Affiliates Inc. does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific matching outcomes, employment results, or business relationships as a result of using our platform. The use of the platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DDS Affiliates Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform, any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, or any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

DDS Affiliates Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact us using the information provided below.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
